- Information you give us: your name, email, mobile number and your answers to our survey (for example your investing situation, goals and available capital).
- Booking details: the time you pick for your call.
- Usage data: pages viewed, video plays, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived (for example an ad or social link). This is collected with cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To schedule and prepare for your free Acquisition Audit call.
- To contact you by email, phone and text about your call and about Action Academy.
- To understand which pages, videos and ads work, and to improve them.
- To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you agree to receive calls and texts from Action Academy, including reminders about your call. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms, such as:

- Vimeo (video hosting)
- Netlify (website hosting and visit counts)
- Google and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement), when enabled
