These terms apply to your use of actionacademy.com, run by Sexton Media Group LLC, doing business as Action Academy ("we," "us"). By using this site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Action Academy provides education and community. Nothing on this site or on a call with our team is legal, tax, accounting, lending or investment advice. Talk to licensed professionals before making financial decisions.

Any earnings, cashflow, deal sizes or results shown, including those of our founder and members, are individual examples and are not typical. We do not guarantee any income or outcome. The call is free. It is a conversation with our team about your goals, and we may offer you a paid membership on it. You're under no obligation to buy. We may decline or reschedule calls at our discretion. Any paid membership is governed by its own agreement, which you'll see before you pay.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Action Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
